"I used John Goss Plumbing in 2017 as an emergency. A pipe in my bathroom broke, unknown to me, as broken pipe goes into boiler room over which I regretfully live in, above the boiler room. Maintenance at apts. told me the pipe was leaking. John Goss was on site, came in, saw the boiler room as I also did, saw the leak, fixed it immediately and was courteous, efficient, also showed me the problem. This is a competent, honest business and I highly recommend John Goss. He had to have, understandably, access to my place; his work was terrific. He left area in my place clean. I will say in the past I used a huge plumbing group, which did incompetent work, and John Goss excels at what he does. His caring personality matches his business ethic and skills."

He diagnosed the problem and went to the supply store. He came back and had the pipes fixed by lunchtime.
